Our approach

Insight is the beginning.
Improvement is the work.

We combine the judgement of experienced advisors with evidence from your organization to decide what to change and learn from what happens.

How we work

From a clearer picture to a better way of working.

01 / DISCOVER

Check Up

Bring together conversations, existing evidence and expert analysis to identify the constraints that matter.

02 / IMPROVE

Sprint

Work on a focused improvement with clear ownership, practical actions and an agreed way to review progress.

03 / CONTINUE

Improvement Partnership

Keep a regular rhythm of priorities, guidance and review, adapting the work as your context changes.

The GamePlan methodology

Connect strategy,
technology and organization.

GamePlan is the method that connects diagnosis, priorities, action and review. Your Check Up turns it into a practical plan that your team can use; subsequent work updates the plan as you learn.

We look at business intent, technical constraints, team practices and leadership together. An improvement in one area should make sense for the organization as a whole.

  1. Agree the question and context.
  2. Review the evidence and its limits.
  3. Choose a focused change and its owner.
  4. Review progress and adapt.

The Check Up is our usual starting point. Its output has value on its own: continuing with a Sprint or Partnership is optional.

Data-informed. Human-led.

Evidence that helps a decision.

Useful evidence can include interviews, existing delivery data, documentation, team feedback and technical observations. We agree which sources are appropriate and available.

Our experience and proprietary software support the generation and interpretation of insights where relevant. Specific integrations, automated capabilities and client-facing tools are discussed as part of the scope rather than assumed.

We distinguish what is observed, what is inferred and what still needs to be tested.
