Continue / recurring advisory

Improvement shouldn’t stop when a project ends.

A steady, evidence-informed advisory relationship for engineering leaders.

Maintain visibility on engineering outcomes, revisit the dominant constraint and make better decisions as systems, teams and business priorities change.

What the partnership does

Keep the improvement system working.

Review signals

Look at agreed trends, operational evidence and early signs of new friction. Qualify anomalies instead of reacting to every fluctuation.

Choose priorities

Maintain an Improvement Backlog and refine Key Initiative Plans as constraints and dependencies move.

Guide action

Use scheduled expert reviews to test choices, inspect progress and agree the next meaningful intervention.

What is included

Expert guidance with defined boundaries.

  • A recurring review of the agreed engineering outcome scorecard.
  • Priority and constraint reviews with the engineering leadership team.
  • Improvement Backlog / Key Initiative Plan maintenance.
  • Up to two scheduled advisory sessions each month for the base scope.
  • One bounded asynchronous document or decision review each month.
  • Quarterly reassessment of progress and priorities.

The Partnership is advisory, not unlimited engineering implementation, incident response or on-call support. Changes to production, intensive specialist work and additional programs are separately agreed.

Indicative engagement

Ongoing improvement. Predictable commitment.

Starting investment: €3,000/month + VAT, with an initial six-month term, for one agreed engineering improvement perimeter.

Final fees and cadence are confirmed in writing before work begins. More teams, domains, integrations and intensive support require a scope review, not an automatic unlimited entitlement.
