Discover / focused diagnostic

Find out what’s really slowing software delivery.

Evidence before action. Clarity before commitment.

A bounded engineering flow assessment combining experienced judgment, qualitative context, delivery data and proprietary diagnostic methods where available. You’ll know which constraint to investigate first—and why.

When it fits

You have a delivery problem, but not a reliable diagnosis.

Repeated release delays, unreliable planning, avoidable waiting, developer friction or uncertain AI impact may all be symptoms of a deeper constraint. The Diagnostic helps separate observations from hypotheses.

Collect evidence

Review the agreed engineering flow, selected tools and existing metrics, plus a small number of stakeholder interviews.

Identify the constraint

Analyze sources of waiting, variability and rework; make assumptions and data gaps explicit.

Choose the next action

Prioritize one improvement opportunity with risks, responsible roles and success criteria.

What you receive

A diagnostic you can use without buying more consulting.

  • Agreed scope and evidence inventory.
  • Delivery-flow baseline and scorecard where supported by the available data.
  • Candidate constraints with evidence, uncertainties and risks.
  • One prioritized improvement plan with proposed actions, owner and review metrics.
  • Findings session with the engineering leader.

It is a focused engineering flow assessment, not a comprehensive security, source-code, architecture or financial audit. We confirm access requirements and handling of sensitive information before beginning.

Format and investment

A clear first commitment.

Typical duration: two to three weeks, depending on data availability and participant scheduling.

Starting fee: €3,000 + VAT. Scope, access requirements, final fee and timetable are confirmed in writing before the engagement. The Diagnostic is standalone and does not commit you to a larger program.
