Three ways to engage

Expert advisory, structured for measurable improvement.

Discover the constraint. Advance the right intervention. Keep improving.

One focused advisory practice, not different tiers for different company sizes. Start with the question you need to answer—or with a clear improvement objective.

One advisory practice

Clarity first. Meaningful improvement next.

Each engagement starts with a specific engineering challenge and a clear definition of success. We combine hands-on leadership experience, available evidence, GamePlan methods and proprietary tools where relevant.

02 / FLAGSHIP

Engineering Improvement Program

A bounded advisory program to identify a material constraint, coordinate a targeted intervention with your team and verify the outcomes.

Starting at €15,000 + VAT
Typically 6–10 weeks plus verification; scope-adjusted.

Prices are starting points for the standard perimeter. Final scope, fees, schedule and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.

How the work fits together

You do not have to buy every engagement.

A Diagnostic is useful when the actual constraint is unclear. If the problem is already well understood, the Improvement Program includes the required baseline and diagnosis. The Partnership is optional and supports further improvement after the initial intervention.

Your team retains decision and implementation ownership. We provide evidence-based advisory, alignment, playbooks and review. Extensive implementation, engineering capacity, audit and emergency support require separate scopes.
